Diagnostics

1a. A diagnostics fee is charged to cover our time spent evaluating your GPU. This fee may scale depending on the value and complexity of the device, as higher-end units involve more risk and attention. (As of date of April 2025 we have not collected any service charge for diagnosis of a Graphics Card and we intend to keep it this way.)

1b. All electronic repairs carry an inherent risk. While rare, devices can fail during testing, especially if they arrive in unstable or partially working condition. This is particularly true for aging components and BGA silicon. We do not assume liability for devices that fail completely during the diagnostic or repair process.

1c. Estimated turnaround times will be provided once we receive your device. Please note, this is an estimate of when we begin diagnostics, not when the device will be returned. Additional time may be needed for repairs and thorough testing. Normally upon appointment a successful repair takes around 1 to 3 hours.

1d. After diagnosis, you’ll receive a report with the findings, and if repairable, a quote for any required parts. No repair work will begin until we have your confirmation.

1e. If your GPU is unrepairable or you choose not to proceed post-diagnostics, the device will be repackaged and returned to you.

Repair

2a. Once the repair is successful and testing is complete, we’ll issue an invoice. The device will only be returned once payment is confirmed.

2b. If any parts are required (as identified during diagnostics), these costs will be added to the final invoice. If the repair is not successful, you will not be charged for any parts or repair fees.

2c. We aim to complete all repairs in a timely manner without compromising on quality.

2d. If a card is not collected within 30 calendar days, wherther it is fixed or deemed a no fix, we reserve the right to recycle or dispose of the device. If you anticipate delays or need extra time, let us know as early as possible.

Shipping

3a. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service when sending your GPU to us.We are not liable for damages or delays once the device is in transit, as this is the courier’s responsibility. We also highly reccommend bringing the Graphics Card along s we normally deliver the same day upon appointment.

3b. All shipping fees (to and from) are to be covered by the customer unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

3c. We do not accept responsibility for courier charges and payment fees, which must be paid by the customer.

3d. We use Sunderban Courier for delivery services by default — as they have online tracking and normally takes a day or two to ship, unless other arrangements are made.

Warranty

4a. Unless otherwise specified, successful repairs include a 30-day warranty from the date the device is shipped back. The warranty applies only to the original fault.

4b. If the same fault returns within the warranty window, we’ll reattempt the repair at no additional cost. Shipping to us must be covered by you; return shipping is on us.

4c. Devices with previous third-party repair attempts are not automatically eligible for warranty unless specifically approved. Improper prior work can compromise the integrity of the GPU.

4d. Tampering, modification, physical damage, or misuse of the GPU during the warranty period voids the warranty. This includes things like lack of GPU support, overclocking damage, or PCB/chassis damage.

Purchases & Refunds

5a. All GPUs repaired from our LAB will be confirmed and shipped within the same working week, unless otherwise stated.

5b. You may apply for a full refund if the card does not function as intended within a 30 days warranty period. This will be only applicable where we state the card as irrepairable by us.

5c. Returned products must be in their original condition with no new signs of damage. We document every outgoing product with photos and/or video.

5d. Refunds will be processed in Digital methods only(Bank, Bkash, Nagad). Refunds are normally processed the same day instantly but bear in mind it sometimes may be delayed till 15days.

Privacy Policy

At FixYourGPU, your privacy is a priority. We do not sell your data, ever. The information we collect is solely for providing services, support, and for legal and operational purposes.

GDPR Compliance

FixYourGPU is the data controller of your personal information and will only use your data when:

• You’ve given permission

• It’s needed to fulfill a service contract

We retain only necessary data for as long as required and always honor data protection laws. You're entitled to access, update, or request deletion of your data at any time. Just contact us.
